Get Away from Bad Service with a Caribbean Vacation
I need a caribbean vacation. How frustrating it is to talk with customer service people these days. Imagine calling for customer support because the company screwed up, only to be told you are wrong. They swear that the information they have in front of them is correct despite the obvious evidence that you are telling it like it is.
Of course, there is a good chance that you are wrong, but sometimes the situation looks like a clear blue sky. This is what happened to me today as I tried to get access to my email box.
I had originally cancelled a high speed account I had with the service provider last October and took a dial up service instead. You may be thinking why? Well, the DSL service was slow and the support lousy, so I went to a another provider.
Everything was fine until this month when the company charged me more than $100 for three months DSL service. Despite my protests and evidence, the customer support people refused to see the light of day.
Anyway, to make a long story short, you have to wonder what type of training service providers give, if any, to their customer service reps these days.
Well, thank God we can still get away and enjoy a vacation on an island where you can soak your worries in the tide.
